Jonathan's deep Lean experience and expertise facilitating cross functional teams is the foundation to the firm's advisory services. His passion for problem-solving drives him to challenge traditional solutions and approaches. Working with his hospital counterparts, Jonathan guides each step of the process so it becomes properly socialized and effectively implemented. By tailoring the project approach for each client and developing improvements to support and enhance them, Jonathan is able to drive consensus and increase value for capital projects across all service lines.

Fady brings 20 years of healthcare consulting and design to his role as Practice Leader of Strategy Advisory Services. He works with a wide range of healthcare organizations; community and children’s hospitals; academic medical centers; and, real estate organizations. Fady’s expertise focuses on strategic and capital planning; market assessment and clinical alignment; and real estate and physical asset portfolio optimization.

Laura’s background in both architecture and healthcare systems engineering provides a unique blend of proficiency around the built environment, improvement methodologies and analytical approaches. Armed with technical expertise and the philosophies of lean, Laura transforms high-level process mapping data into digestible information clients can utilize as they work toward an ideal future state.

Jill spent the last two years working for Johns Hopkins Health System, most recently helping the organization manage the occupational health response to COVID-19. She holds a master's degree In health administration and is passionate about improving healthcare business processes, designing novel approaches to operational problems, and improving patient-facing communication systems to better serve communities.

Michael has previously worked with several national healthcare firms on projects ranging in size and complexity, from the development and planning of ambulatory surgery centers to providing key strategic market perspectives on industry and volume trends. As Vice President of Strategic Planning, Michael will leverage his 35 years of experience in strategic, business, and regulatory (CON) planning as a senior leader of our Advisory team.

With the healthcare landscape forever evolving, we must provide a strategy to meet the current and future needs through evidence-based design, data collection, and a smart, structured design process.
