Focus
We designed this course to provide a solid foundation and overall understanding of the Lean methodology, philosophy, and tools. Completing this course and its follow-up project will allow participants to identify, study, and improve problems in a variety of industries and organizations using the Plan-Do-Study-Adjust (PDSA) framework. We do not focus on Lean manufacturing, but rather Lean as it can be applied to any organization seeking to increase value and improve, using examples from a variety of industries.
