While continuing to practice clinically, she has realized a true passion for helping hospitals and health systems optimize and grow their busiest service lines, create centers of excellence and efficiently improve their operations. Staci has worked for multiple health systems, and has particular experience in growth strategies for orthopedics, surgery, inpatient medicine and pediatrics. She has been a PA in orthopedic surgery for 13 years and currently leads a department of advanced practice providers.
